Waitlist signup: your email address, and whether you told us you are a brand, an agency or a creator. Nothing else is required.

Analytics: pages viewed, how you reached us, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, clicks and scrolling, and an anonymised recording of your visit. All form fields, including your email address, are hidden in these recordings.

Security: our servers briefly process your IP address to block automated abuse of the signup form. It is not stored.

We use your email address only to contact you about SuperSoul early access. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

We use analytics to understand what works on the page and improve it. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner. Elsewhere, the basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Loops (Loops.so, Inc., USA) sends and manages our emails and stores the waitlist.

PostHog (PostHog, Inc., USA) provides our analytics and session recordings on their US infrastructure.

Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA) hosts the website and processes server logs.

Each of these acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We share your data with nobody else, unless the law requires it.

We are a US company and our providers are US companies, so your data is processed in the United States.

If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, that is a transfer outside your country. It is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with each provider, and for waitlist emails also by your consent.

Waitlist entries: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than two years after our last contact with you.

Analytics data: up to twelve months. Session recordings are deleted after one month.

Server logs: a few days, for security only.

The website itself needs no cookies to work. Analytics sets cookies and local storage to recognise a returning visit.

In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these are set only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

One small cookie stores which region you are in, so we know whether to ask you. It contains no personal data.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, which stops all further email immediately.

To exercise any of this, write to privacy@supersoul.com. We answer within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we will tell you.
